The Fund provides investors with access to income-generating real estate across Kuwait, including investment, commercial, industrial, and craft properties. The Fund aims to distribute at least 90% of collected operating income, after applicable expenses, to unit holders monthly. Cash surpluses may also be invested in deposits with Islamic banks, money market funds, or income-generating real estate funds.
