Social Responsibility
Guided by a deep sense of responsibility towards the community in which it operates, KFH Capital supports causes that directly affect people's lives, including initiatives that promote innovation, scientific and technological development, Kuwaiti youth, and national talent.
The company is keen to attract young talent, providing hands-on training that sharpens their skills and prepares them for the job market. In 2025, KFH Capital trained a number of recent graduates and university students in coordination with local universities in the State of Kuwait.
KFH Capital maintains a dedicated policy for its social responsibility programme. To raise employees' awareness of the role sport plays in the community, the company organised a sports tournament in coordination with the Union of Investment Companies, alongside a number of social activities at its headquarters that strengthen relationships among employees and support their mental health and physical fitness.
Believing in the capability of Kuwaiti youth, KFH Capital is committed to recruiting, training, and developing national talent. In 2025, Kuwaiti nationals represented 52% of the company's total workforce.
